I was born in Poland, the country of Copernicus, Pope John Paul II, and Lech Walesa, and I even went to the same University as the first two. My first camera was a Russian-build Zenit-11, a very basic SLR with horizontal-travel cloth curtains and a Selenium cell lightmeter. A few years later, I got my first Canon camera and I was faithful to that brand ever since.
Photography has been my hobby since that first camera, and my favorite subject is the landscape during the “magic hour”. I am a self-taught photographer learning from famous photographer’s books and countless experiments in the field.
